You don’t have to pull your hair out making natural choices for your family.
Give your family the gift of thoughtful living without going crazy
Both the natural-living and the parenting worlds are full of extreme opinions and advice, so when the two collide it can be pretty overwhelming. Between the never-ending, seemingly-expert information available and the sheer number of choices you have to make, it’s easy to feel like you’re drowning. That’s where I come in. Think of me as your friend who has spent the hours sifting through resource after resource to boil down all the information to the choices that matter most.

Note: I am not a medical or childhood development professional.
I conduct thoughtful research and only trust evidence-backed resources; however, it is inevitable that anecdotal experience will also color my recommendations. I strive to strike a balance between sharing my choices while leaving room for you to talk to your own medical professionals, children’s teachers, and other trusted parents in your life. Because I never want to inadvertently provide medical advice, I intentionally do not share some specific medical and nutritional choices I have made; I instead provide the resources I used to arrive at these choices. I realize it might be frustrating to not be given a simple recommendation in these specific cases, but my hope is that I’ve given you a shortlist of professional resources that can help you arrive at your own decisions.
